what a week!

Hi friends! Wow, what a week! One week ago I was writing to you from the airport in Seattle, waiting to board my flight for Orlando. Here I am a week later, and I’m in Orlando waiting to board my flight home. It was such a fun week filled with old favorites and new experiences!  I also loved seeing updates to some of the classics as well. For the Disney portion of my trip, I stayed at the Art of Animation in a Finding Nemo themed family suite. These family suites are closest to the main building with the food court, gift shop and lobby.  The bus stops are also closest to these buildings. I shared the room with 5 other agents and we were grateful for the second bathroom in the family suite! 😂  It was fun to experience a room I have not stayed in before. We enjoyed having the little kitchenette area as well. Super easy to make a quick breakfast in the morning on the way to the parks. While I was at Disney, we did some touring of some of the Disney springs hotels.   The hotels we toured offered some of the great perks you get only with a Disney package - access to Fastpasses at 60 days, Extra magic Hours and more!   With more and more coming to Disney, we expect to see completely booked up nights at on site hotels and these will be a great alternative. These hotels range from value to Deluxe pricing. Toy Story Land was incredible!   Slinky Dog Dash was very fun and I felt like it was a really smooth roller coaster! Wood’s Lunch Box has very yummy sandwiches, tochos and lemonades - grown up and Kids versions!  If you are heading there soon let me know and I can give you some suggestions. On Monday I headed over to Universal to explore those parks more and see what they have added since my last trip. I loved seeing both sides of the wizarding world of a Harry Potter along with the other park areas. Universal definitely has a lot more to offer these days!   It’s easy to add a day or two at Universal to your trip.  We can arrange transportation, or you can do a split stay and check into one of their onsite resorts, or one of the many hotels within walking distance to CityWalk.
